Our youth circus programs offer young people the chance to build real skills like balance, coordination, and confidence through engaging, hands-on training in circus arts. Led by experienced teaching artists, classes provide a supportive environment where students are encouraged to challenge themselves, express their creativity, and grow both individually and as part of a team. Arts Education

MNTR presents their performance All About Balance and circus performances/workshops to schools and libraries for a demonstration of circus skills such as gym wheel, unicycle, tightwire, acrobatics, hoop dancing and more. Performers will share their creative process, skill development and take questions from the students. Past performances have included St. James Catholic School, Holy Family Catholic School, Wright Memorial Library, Miami Township Library and Dayton Metro Libraries. 

 

In-school performances, residencies, or workshops are tailored for grades K-12.

CIRC-A-THON COMING SOON

My Nose Turns Red’s biggest annual fundraiser is right around the corner. Please join us Saturday, January 10th, 2026 from 12:00p to 2:30p for fantastic displays of acrobatics, juggling, unicycling, and so much more. My Nose Turns Red cultivates a supportive environment that inspires youth to challenge themselves, spark creativity, develop essential life skills, and engage audiences through the art of the theatrical clown and the one-ring circus.

Our Story

My Nose Turns Red Youth Circus (MNTR) provides a non-competitive, safe environment for students of all ages to be courageous, set personal goals, persevere, work together, be inspired, and have fun. MNTR serves over 900 students annually through after-school programs, year-round classes and summer camps. Through funding from ArtsWave, the SC Ministry Foundation, Ohio Arts Council, and the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, MNTR is able to provide free after-school circus classes and summer camps to underserved youth.
