My Nose Turns Red
The non-profit arts funding landscape is in a state of flux. Each day, we grapple with a growing sense of uncertainty, as national and statewide funding resources that have been our bedrock for many years are at risk. In this pivotal moment, your donations are not just crucial, they are a lifeline. The best way to help My Nose Turns Red Youth Circus be able to continue our work with youth would be to donate to the Scholarship Appeal for underserved, low-income youth, ensuring that financial constraints do not impede their opportunities. These scholarships are a lifeline, enabling everyone to advance their skills and have the same enriching experiences, regardless of financial hardship or limited resources. This year, as we continue to celebrate the significant milestone of Our 40th anniversary, we are deeply grateful for the steadfast support we’ve received from donors like you. Your dedication and generosity have allowed us to stay true to our mission, fostering an environment that empowers young people to push their boundaries, develop vital life skills, and captivate audiences through the art of circus.
My Nose Turns Red is the only non-profit youth circus in this region. Being part of the youth circus gives students exciting challenges and a sense of well-being. Performing in front of an audience takes courage and builds self-confidence as they learn essential life skills. The appeal offers scholarships to all youth who wish to participate in the circus program but who are unable to afford tuition. Your donation will help us continue to provide free circus classes to our partner, Transformations, an organization that serves immigrant Hispanic families in the Price Hill neighborhood. Transformations’ staff provides transportation, food, and language translation services. These youth have been working hard, advancing in their training, and are valued members of the Circus Ensemble.
Your contribution will also ensure the continuity of our vital ongoing free after-school programs at Woodford Academy, St. Boniface School, and DCCH Center for Children and Families. These programs are a testament to our shared commitment to providing equal opportunities for all. As My Nose Turns Red celebrates its 40th anniversary, you can help youth roll, tumble, juggle and bring joy to audiences of all ages by donating to the Scholarship Appeal! Thank you for your generosity.
Your support is not just appreciated; it is integral to the success of My Nose Turns Red in this milestone year. We couldn’t do it without you. Together, we can have a lasting impact on young people’s lives by helping them discover their potential, challenge themselves, and build the confidence they need to succeed.
